What universities ask us first

How is student data protected?

Student data is processed under a data processing agreement signed before onboarding. GDPR documentation and the hosting region are available on request.

Do students have to consent?

Yes. Students opt in to Refonte, and their record is shared with an employer or with the university only with their consent.

What does the university see, and what does the student control?

The university sees cohort-level progress and outcome data for its enrolled students. The student controls their individual record, including what is shared with employers and when.

How long is a pilot?

Pilot length is agreed with you and usually follows one academic term in one department.

How is it priced?

Pilot pricing is agreed per department. There is no public price list.
