Project Overview: Developed and maintained Excel-based trackers to monitor hospital services and products, compare HMIS entries with departmental registers, and support billing and insurance claims follow-up. Approach: Organized service records, captured relevant dates, manually compared entries, reviewed billing and claims status, and documented discrepancies and follow-up actions. Demonstration: I have created an accompanying fictional workbook that illustrates a reconciliation log, dropdown fields, manually selected comparison statuses, and a formula-based summary dashboard. Discrepancy identification remains manual. Skills: Excel, data organization, record reconciliation, billing verification, claims tracking, documentation review, and problem-solving. Outcome and Confidentiality: The tracker structured review and follow-up activities. No unverified performance improvements are claimed. The original tracker remains confidential; the demonstration uses fictional data only.
