Four stages, four mentors, one relationship

Most platforms hand you a course and wish you luck. You get a named person at each stage, and the fourth is the one nobody else offers.

    An orientation advisor helps you work out which path fits your background, your constraints and the market you are entering.

    A technical mentor works with you in weekly one-to-one sessions on real projects in your field.

    A placement coach reviews your portfolio, prepares you for interviews and makes warm introductions to hiring partners.

    Keep a mentor after you are hired

    A continuity mentor stays with you through onboarding, your first review and your next move, for your first year in the role.

Stages run in sequence and overlap where it helps. Your technical mentor is chosen when you enrol; the other three are introduced as each stage begins.
