About Us:

Join Cisco’s Breach Protection Suite Design team, where innovation meets collaboration. Working alongside designers, researchers, product managers, and software engineers, you’ll help create intuitive, cutting-edge products that empower customers to safeguard their ecosystems with advanced, integrated, and outcome-driven technologies. As a Product Designer, you’ll shape user experiences, conduct research, and ensure seamless alignment across our product suite.

Your Role:

• Design user-friendly features and interactions for the Breach Protection Suite, tackling complex technical challenges.

• Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to guide design decisions.

• Develop both low and high-fidelity design artifacts to effectively communicate concepts.

• Promote consistency and alignment across all products within the Breach Protection Suite.

• Contribute to refining our design system and processes.

• Participate in weekly design sessions to share knowledge, learn best practices, and foster team culture.

• Advocate for user-centered design, bridging the gap between design, product, and engineering teams.

• Champion continuous improvements and refinements to enhance user experiences.

Who You’ll Collaborate With:

You’ll work closely with a diverse team of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Additionally, you’ll engage with multiple product teams to deliver a cohesive and unified user experience.

Who You Are:

• You have a track record of guiding complex features from concept to production.

• You excel at collaborating across teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• You’re well-versed in web technologies, tools, and industry trends.

• You’re proficient with design tools like Figma and Miro.

• You’re a skilled storyteller, able to articulate design concepts both visually and verbally.

• Your portfolio showcases strong visual design skills and a compelling body of work.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment.

• 3+ years of experience using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Framer) and familiarity with core web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience designing integration and authorization flows.

• Familiarity with AI tools in your prototyping workflow.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and incident response domains.

• Experience presenting your work through prototypes, presentations, or Vidcasts.

Compensation and Benefits (U.S. and Canada):

• Salary Range: The posted range reflects the projected hiring range for full-time roles in U.S. and Canada locations, excluding equity or benefits. Non-sales roles reflect base salary only, while sales roles include base and incentive compensation.
