Launch Your Career in Digital Twin Engineering

A digital twin is only useful if it tracks the real asset. This program teaches you to build a model, bind it to live telemetry, keep it calibrated and answer questions the physical thing cannot.

Program Summary

Digital twin engineering is the practice of keeping a computational model synchronised with a physical asset so it can be interrogated, simulated and predicted against. This program builds a practical foundation in that work: how an asset is modelled, how live telemetry is bound to the model, how the twin is calibrated against reality, and how simulation is used to answer operational questions.

Alongside the technical modules, the program includes hands-on labs and a virtual internship. You will build a physics-informed model of an asset, bind it to a simulated telemetry stream, calibrate it against measured behaviour, run what-if scenarios, and finish with project work you can show to an employer.

Your Educational Path

Build a model of a pump or motor that captures the behaviour that actually matters, and be explicit about the fidelity you chose and why.

Connect the model to a streaming telemetry source so the twin tracks the asset, and detect when it has drifted away from reality.

Run what-if scenarios and a remaining-useful-life estimate, then state honestly how much confidence the twin deserves.
